When you are travelling or studying abroad,
we understand that there are a multitude of things that can come
up such as:
• Loss of travel documents*
• Requiring the contact number of the nearest Malaysian
Embassy*
• Seeking assistance for your Travel Insurance**
• Loss or theft of a credit card*
• Flight changes
In order to assist you with your Flight
changes, select the country you are in and contact
the airline you are travelling with. We advise you to visit the
airline office personally with your ticket & passport as soon
as possible to establish better communications and avoid any misunderstanding.
Do not forget to provide the airline with your telephone number
so that they can contact you in case of flight delays.
Airlines
are imposing service fees for the services they render.
As such you will be charged a service fee for amendments
to your date of travel and a re-issue fee if your ticket
is re-issued for your new date of travel. Service fees are
charged for re-routing of tickets, changes to booking class,
re-issue for lost tickets etc. If you fail to fail to turn
up for your flight, you will be charged a no-show fee.
Service
Fee charges vary from airline to airline and country to
country and are charged in the local currency in the country
you are in.

Always bring your Ticket & Passport along to the airline office
to ensure better communications. The person can assist you best
if he/she can sight your ticket. If you are travelling on a special
Student, Youth or Teacher fare/ticket, please bring along your
valid ISIC, IYTC or ITIC.
